My goal is to help you invest, build, maintain, and ultimately distribute your wealth across generations. This often means working with you before you retire – reviewing retirement funds, pensions, Social Security benefits, and investments outside of your employer while calibrating for your risk tolerance.
When it comes time to retire
I will share my guidance as to when retirement may be appropriate for your situation and help you develop an income planning strategy. This includes a deep dive into your savings, debts, emotional readiness, potential tax rates, capital gains, and more, as well as which tax-efficient investment strategies can be harnessed as your life changes.
During retirement
I help ensure that the money you have worked so hard to accumulate is now appropriately invested toward providing you the income you need to enjoy the retirement you always envisioned. I can also help you establish charitable distribution and gifting strategies, as well as create a plan for your children’s or grandchildren’s future education.
I often find many clients have no will or trust in place. I can work with your legal and tax advisors to help you organize and manage all of your financial affairs or refer professionals for your consideration if you do not already have a relationship. Since this can be a confusing process, I can help you understand the general information and even be a part of your meetings.
Guidance across generations
Bringing your children into our conversations is something that I believe to be vital to our process. I can help answer any personal questions they may have and facilitate discussions about what is important to you, what you have done in the past, what you are doing today, and what you plan to be doing in the future. This will help them appreciate what you have worked so hard to accumulate.
Multigenerational planning
I truly enjoy working with multiple generations to help with whatever needs they may have. I find it rewarding when I can help my clients through retirement and see their children pursue their own financial goals as well.
